Christian and staff are great to work with.... they ordered our Corvette tires and found the best deal for us and treated our car with very special care. After we picked it up at the shop from completion. My traverse ran over a screw somewhere and was instantly losing air! First time to change a tire on this vehicle and I called automotive and asked about a certain lugnut key. They were informative and willing to come get the car to fix it... but my husband said he was good. Love my Auto nation family!!!

So far the alignment seems to be good. I would give a better rating if it would have been done correctly the first time. Parts weren't properly tightened which caused the alignment to be off again requiring a second alignment. The GM offered to refund part of the cost, but I never received that. I even reached out to the service advisor about this. I still have the voice-mail from the GM. Any questions, please feel free to contact me.

The service is great. The technicians seem very well qualified. Chad was very considerate and Jimmy went out of her way to make sure I was well taken care of when I first arrived. This being said, I do have a couple of suggestions for upper management. First, the $190 initial charge that is tacked on to each repair seems unreasonable. The service department spends the first several hours at the beginning of the day, just diagnosing all waiting requests for service with the computer. This puts a strain on people waiting. Then, at 11am, Technicians repair. This seems very inefficient. I was charged $497. $190 for diagnostics, $35 for the part and the remainder was labor. Replacing a plastic snap-in small portion of wires should not take two hours. I'm not saying I know everything, but I do have common sense. I cannot say that the problem wasn't repaired, but it could have been more reasonable, in my opinion. This is not to say I won't return for service, because you are the only show in town. Your technicians, service manager, and support personnel are great. Your business practices could be better. Thank you, shane.rieken@gmail.com

I had an issue with the infotainment system in a 2024 Chevy Trax. I knew it was under warranty but my own research had shown that troubleshooting might be a lengthy process. I scheduled an appointment after being advised by AutoNation Chevrolet Amarillo that they might need the car for a few days. Upon dropping off my car, I found that Jill and her staff had done research that narrowed down the problem. They also had a ride lined up to take me to work and let me know they could pick me up to take me to pick up car when they were done. As a result, the problem was fixed in less than a day. I can't say enough good things about the way I was treated. In over 40 years of driving, this is the best customer service at a dealership that I've ever received. Thanks again!

Our vehicle broke down while traveling through Amarillo on vacation. It was Saturday morning and the dealership was the only service center available. We spoke with the service advisor Ms. Jill Reeves and wound up leaving the vehicle and renting a car to continue on vacation. Throughout the next week Jill was in constant contact with us letting us know the repairs needed, the options available and the total out the door price for the repair. We approved the needed replacement of our transfer case and they had the vehicle ready for us to pick up on our way back home from vacation. I can’t speak highly enough of Jill and the mechanic Edgar who went out of their way to ensure our vehicle was ready to go. They were great.

I was traveling from California to Amarillo to participate in the Iron Horse Police motorcycle competition. My a/c condenser took a rock which punctured it by the time I got to Kingman Arizona. Thankfully I made it through the Mojave Desert before it happened. My wife found your dealership which was close to my hotel. I got in contact with Rocia who is an absolute amazing human being. She went out of her way to get me in the following day at 07:00. I had my police motorcycle in the bed of my truck, so I got there early to unload it. I arrived at 06:30 and Rocia had already been there for 45 minutes. She told me she likes to get a jump on the day. She was so nice , stayed in communication with me and saved my bacon… No pun intended;) As I was unloading my bike, I was struggling to get the front wheel out of the wheel chock. One of the parts guys came out without being asked and kindly assisted me. I’m am so impressed and appreciative of their friendliness and help. So impressed I want to move from California out here. If I was going to purchase a vehicle it would be from this dealership solely on my experience with the service department as a whole and the parts department. Top Tier amazing folks and just amazing humans. It didn’t stop there, they sent me photos of my damaged a/c condenser for complete transparency!!! Highly Highly recommend this dealership for all of your needs and questions. I’ve never experienced this kind of service and kind treatment in California and I’ve been a Chevy truck owner for over thirty years. This dealership gets it, it’s about their customers. Rocia is deserving of a raise, she put this dealership on the map for me;)

I was frustrated when my engine light came on & I had to take my car in but once we got it to the dealership, it was nothing but positive. Our service advisor Rocio was wonderful. She kept me thoroughly updated and went above & beyond to make sure we were happy. This was such a pleasant surprise considering our last visit to the west branch was a nightmare. The technician himself provided a very detailed video of what was being done which never happened before. I am just thoroughly pleased with the whole east branch Autonation staff, especially Rocio. The day after my appointment my sensor on my driver side tire stopped reading and I'm annoyed by that. Took my vehicle in for 15000 miles service and was told I needed an alignment. They messed my vehicle, there is loud popping in the front end and it’s not aligned or balanced. After over 3 hours waiting I was never told what was taking so long but found out it was was because they screwed my front end up and was not honest about anything.

I thought i had a problem with my 2021 Corvette. Called on Monday morning explained my problem and also told the service writer that I was passing through on a Rt 66 trip. She got me in a little after 8am and had the Corvette tech on it right away. About an hour and a half later the tech came out and explained what I was seeing was not a problem at all. Talked to him for about 10 minutes and we were on our way. Since I was out of town on a long road trip and I had a perception of a problem they could have installed a battery and new alternator to the tune of a couple thousand dollars. But , the tech and dealership were very honest and didn't do that. I was charge a diagnostic fee which I thought was very fair and I was on my way. Never had an issue with the car on the remainder of the 3,000 plus mike trip. Happy camper here.

I took the car in for recall work to get done and it didn’t fix my issue with the low beams and instead has caused other issues to occur like the fuse for the low beams is constantly getting current and causes a clicking sound and it fried the fuse and than also made my high beams not work correctly and instead also cause issues and on the day of bringing it home it almost died while sitting there idling. So I’m not satisfied at all and irritated that it took 2+ weeks to even get an appointment took another 2+ weeks to get my car back and for nothing to be fixed but worse

We got most of the details worked out before making the trip. I was traveling and my vehicle lost oil pressure. I called another dealership and was told it would be 2 weeks before they could service my truck. They did, however, refer me to AutoNation. I called and Rocio answered the phone. She was great! Rocio took some information and called in a tow for me. She also called a car rental company and lined up a car which I would not need. Obviously, I did not have an appointment, but the service team worked me in due to the circumstances. They diagnosed the issue, and I was back on the road after a few hours. It was one of the best service experiences that I have had. Thank you!

The service advisor lady was very helpful, but my problem was the technician. I took my truck in because it didn’t start come to find out. It was the fuel pump and the wire harness. They changed it all out and I still having problems with my pump will come to find out they put a aftermarket that one out I got it back it started to leaking gas and smells took it back now I’m getting po455 codes and fuel gauge is not working now and now they saying I need new fuel line after the line broke that’s why I was leaking after they changed it they saying I need to pay more money to get it cleaned n fixed but I replaced everything and changed everything out and it was working properly before I took it in now that I got it back. I have to replace those parts again and fix whatever they messed with. It’s like they mess with stuff to get u to come back or etc

Brought my vehicle in to have a few things checked out based on a couple of service recommendations and codes going off. My service tech was great only issue I had was it took about a week to process my warranty and fix everything probably shouldn’t have taken that long for four tire sensors and ABS warning, light and also a battery cable that malfunctioned.
