I was traveling and my vehicle lost oil pressure. I called another dealership and was told it would be 2 weeks before they could service my truck. They did, however, refer me to AutoNation. I called and Rocio answered the phone. She was great! Rocio took some information and called in a tow for me. She also called a car rental company and lined up a car which I would not need. Obviously, I did not have an appointment, but the service team worked me in due to the circumstances. They diagnosed the issue, and I was back on the road after a few hours. It was one of the best service experiences that I have had. Thank you!

The service advisor lady was very helpful, but my problem was the technician. I took my truck in because it didn’t start come to find out. It was the fuel pump and the wire harness. They changed it all out and I still having problems with my pump will come to find out they put a aftermarket that one out I got it back it started to leaking gas and smells took it back now I’m getting po455 codes and fuel gauge is not working now and now they saying I need new fuel line after the line broke that’s why I was leaking after they changed it they saying I need to pay more money to get it cleaned n fixed but I replaced everything and changed everything out and it was working properly before I took it in now that I got it back. I have to replace those parts again and fix whatever they messed with. It’s like they mess with stuff to get u to come back or etc

Customer service was poor unfortunately! I had to call just to get an update and nobody reached out. I just bought a truck through Autonation and the truck had issues and the company wasn’t willing to help and told me it wasnt covered and we weren’t going to help you. It was a shame that I put my trust into a company and even flew 6 hours to get a vehicle through your company and was sold a lemon. I learned my lesson and will never shop at a Autonation ever again.

Brought my vehicle in to have a few things checked out based on a couple of service recommendations and codes going off. My service tech was great only issue I had was it took about a week to process my warranty and fix everything probably shouldn’t have taken that long for four tire sensors and ABS warning, light and also a battery cable that malfunctioned. Other than the 1 week I was pleased with the process.

Not very good there was a lack of communication and at the end of the conversation I was told that I didn't have no coverage after my truck had been in the shop for like 4 hours. Which I still had coverage you would think they could have checked then I asked the lady about my Platinum coverage and she said I had no coverage and I said really you're going to make me go home and check the contract and then all of a sudden she said oh yeah you do have coverage.My wife has extended warranty through carshield, so no worries. Really miss Christian Le!!!

I felt that charges were too high. The $10.00 fee for Shop Supplies seems excessive (I didn't even like being charged this fee when it was just $3.00, but $10.00, really!) I had a bulb replaced in a headlight, and the labor was $66.95 which i was told. 4 tenths of an hour. I do realize that labor charges are from a list that is used throughout the industry, so I can't do anything about that except complain. The personnel who served me were very nice, as usual. I do appreciate this. I do have my vehicles serviced by Autonation so there is a record of when and what services were performed.

I paid for an oil change, tire rotation, and a transmission service. The tires weren't rotated, which makes me wonder if anything was done. I'm usually sent videos while the service is performed, but got nothing this time. I took my truck in for a scheduled 60,000 mile service. I was advised that they would need to keep my truck all day Friday and I could pick it up Saturday morning. They actually completed the service midday on Friday!!

Chad Rowley at autonation in Amarillo was absolutely exceptional! We were 1,300 miles from home towing our trailer when the valve body went bad! Chad helped me navigate through this tough time and got us back on the road within 2.5 days when it was looking like it could be 2.5 weeks! His customer service was genuine and Chevy/autonation should have him teach a class on how to treat customers and customer service. He made me feel like my concerns were his concerns and I felt like he did everything I would have wanted to myself had I had been in charge. I felt like he treated me as his own family. The oil change was great, but last service you told us we didn't have a key for our locking luggage nuts. You didn't rotate the tires. This time you were told to remove and replace the locking luggage nuts with standard luggage nuts. You mysteriously were able to rotate the tires and put the locking luggage nuts back on, leaving me no way to change a flat should that occur. You are the only people to service the tires on this vehicle. You lost or kept the key to the luggage nuts.

2023 Silverado 2500 broke down pulling travel trailer as we were coming through Amarillo. We were able to limp into the dealership late in the day and was professionally greeted. I was able to explain the issue I was having, and they immediately went to the truck to get a code reading. They had a pretty good idea what was wrong and explained it could be a couple of days depending on the parts, but they said they would immediately get it tore down to get things rolling ASAP. They were able to direct me to a RV park nearby and we were able to hold over there until repairs were made. They called me the next morning to let me know it looked like repairs would be completed later that afternoon. I was amazed at the concern for our need to get back on the road and the follow through with the repairs being completed in less than 24 hours. They even washed the truck for us, and it looked great! I hope I don't need a new vehicle for several more years, but AutoNation Chevrolet will be at the top of our list when we do start looking. It is 300 miles away, but they deserve my business after the great service we received. Thank you very much for getting us back on the road for vacation.

Micah (lead service tech) went above and beyond for my family when our Silverado broke down on our cross country trip. She worked us in and communication was fantastic. In addition, the technician did a fantastic job IDing the issue and getting it repaired. I also really appreciated the pictures and videos demonstrating the issues.

I received service on Sat., August 8, 2026, at the AutoNation Chevy Amarillo to my Chevy Equinox. I just moved to Amarillo literally a week prior, so it was scary enough needing service so soon on my car in a new place. But, let me tell you, Chad Rowley took the stress and though out of it! He called in a timely manner and got my care our faster than expected. He was super nice and informative, check in and check out were a breeze. Super awesome customer service! Also, the crew left a happy note with goodies in my car which just topped off my day. Just wanted to brag for Chad's superb personality and his (and the entire crews) excellent service. I will definitly be back for additional services.
