Was only in the service department where Chance did an excellent job. The experience with AutoNation itself, represented through the call center, not so great. Basically the call center approach leads to frustration for the customer and the service providing dealer. The call center approach may look good on paper during budget review but in practice it sucks. The dealer earned their way up to a seven through Chance after the AutoNation call center experience had them digging out of a hole with a score of 2.
